Welcome to z3d.ai, a service owned and operated as a sole proprietorship (including its agents and service providers, collectively “we,” “us,” “our” or “z3d.ai”). z3d.ai provides users and visitors (“you” and “your”) with services for creating 3D content using generative AI technology, including but not limited to AI-powered 3D modeling, texturing, and animation (the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, share, and protect (“process”) personal information in connection with our Services. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. Where required by law, the English version of this Policy is binding; other translations are for convenience only.

We share with vendors who assist with hosting, payments, security, analytics, and marketing.
We may disclose data to comply with law enforcement, legal processes, or to protect our rights.
In a merger, sale, or reorganization, your data may transfer to new owners under comparable protections.
We may share other information when you direct or consent.
We may use or share anonymized data for research or marketing.
Our Services are not for children under 13 (or under 16 in Europe). If we learn we’ve collected data from a child, we’ll delete it. Contact us at [email protected] to request removal.
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is foolproof; transmission is at your own risk. Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].
We do not honor browser-initiated Do Not Track signals at this time.
We retain data as long as needed for our services and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Data may be stored or processed in the U.S. or other countries; we use safeguards like standard contractual clauses where required.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your Personal Information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact us at [email protected].
